to Kangaroo Physics
Hi all, I'm new here.

Last weekend I attended a modelab workshop http://modelab.nu/?p=3959 .
I think I'm hooked.

I've been working on a grasshopper system and I think kangaroo might
be the best tool to solve the next stage. But without documentation or
any relevant examples, I haven't been able to get anywhere. I'm hoping
someone could take a look at a simplified setup I've put together and
let me know if kangaroo will even work.

The set up has been uploaded to the files section. In the rhino file,
there's a baked and labeled version of the initial setup and then what
the solution should look like. Essentially, there are three groups of
object that are related geometrically. Springs have been defined
between each group. One group is anchored. The other two are to only
move along a uniquely assigned vector, kind of like a track. And all
components of a group should maintain it's orientation as it moves
along it's track.

Do you think kangaroo, can be set up to solve something like this? If
so, please enlighten me as to how I might set it up. Thanks.

Exciting!
