Closing up this Google Group

With the changes Google are making to Groups, the problems with spam,
and the Kangaroo group now on the Grasshopper Ning site, it seems like
it is time to move on.

So from now on please do not post any more questions or discussion
here, but instead use:

http://www.grasshopper3d.com/group/kangaroo

I'll be leaving all the old questions and files here.
