If your app doesn't list in the 3d apps menu but you CAN get to it locally

We get a lot of this question.  In order for a 3D app to list on the 3D application menu our servers have to be able to do two things 1) contact the patch files for that 3D application and 2) contact the game server for the application.

In order for the connection to happen from our server to your PC or Server you must configure your network to allow the connection.  To do this please follow closely the instructions on the docs site at http://docs.kaneva.com/mediawiki/index.php/3DAPP:Network_Guide
