OK i got THE METRO back up but it's not showing on the board, and ou
can go into it from 2D, what did I do wrong? I did the update too.

hi, i don't know if your e-mail was addressed to me..but from what your saying...i have been trying to figer out the same problem your having as well..lol....since the update...if your have any luck over at your end ..in finding how to get your app to list on the world menu again ...it would be great if you let me know as well..

hi, the only feedback i got on the problem of not seeing ones app listing on the world menu..is a problem with a software on your pc which is blocking your network....trying looking in your firewalls.

I dont see an issue Elsee with the router elsee, there seems to be something on our end.  I will assign a developer to look at it.

Update.. the entire dev team is looking at it now elsee :D  I cant wait to be able to go back to The Metro again :D, welcome back :D

Elsee here is a request from our VP of development:

"can Elsee send us the server log file please.  Specifically, let her restart her server, wait for about 5 minutes and then send us the log. We can see what’s going on then Thanks"

Your logfile will be located in "C:\program files\kaneva\kaneva platform\bin\logs" and has the name Server.log.  Just email it to me.  Thanks!

Elsee you should be good.  We have also found the issue.  If this happens again go into your "My 3D Apps" sections, click on Manage 3D App on the app that is having trouble.  Click on the general information and then just click Commit Changes and it will update your game record and mark it so it lists again.  They are working to resolve this sometime in the future so apps don't inadvertently become delisted.
