Says.Could not start the 3dApp-The Metro service on Local Computer.
Error 1068:The dependency service or group failed to start.

And when I'm in world it will not let me download to get into the
lobby.

Check in your service to ensure the KGPController service is running.
This is the only service that the game server requires to run.

It happened when I had to unistall K becuz it wouldn't take the
updates from the game I still had the old one up, but the updates
would go thru, so now I'm stuck.

Elsee you will need to download the newest version of the 3D app
platform, reinstall it on your computer and then re-create a
distribution for your apps. This should fix your issue.

Just make sure you don't drop the existing MySQL database with the reinstall... ;)
