Shows The Metro online but not on map.

I quickly tried traveling there using the direct URL:
kaneva://the metro/Lobby.zone

It seems there is a problem on your side with the patch files hosting... check quickly that hfs is running? (I am sure port80 is still open on your router and forwarding to your PC's IP address, might be that too...)

Hmmm, well, the timeout means that players cant access the patchfiles... (including yourself).

(This is probably one of the things I been begging for since the beginning, that patchfiles are hosted on K's side...)

However, could you maybe just double check the hfs settings.... you should see its little icon in the bottom-right of the screen, open up its full screen.
The folder named "PatchFiles" should be added to the system (on the left of the hfs screen).
(it should have a little pink folder.... See ScreenshotA)

If the patchfiles folder is not there, click "Menu > Add Folder from disk" then scroll to c:/programfiles/kaneva/Platform and in the Platform folder, select the "PatchFiles" folder.
(See ScreenshotB)

After this, type http://localhost/ into your web browser, if a purple page opens up with the patchfiles folder, we at least know everything up to that point is working 100% (See ScreenshotC)

Hmmm, so when you open up http://localhost/   it works okay?

I wonder if the PatchFiles URL is correct on your 2D settings...

Quickly open MyKaneva > My 3D App's > Manage 3D App (next to The Metro).

On the page that opens up in the bar on the left, click servers...

Check that the IP address in the PatchURL is the same as the IP address as your server... if not, change the PatchURL's IP address to be the same as the one for the server. (screenshotD)

yeah, thats the IP of your PC on your home network... (It does however seem that on the 2D side is fine, I asked Jojo_66 to check, cause I don't have the correct powers to check that page.)

You said that port 80 is open on your router? (please just double check that the port forwarding is sending the traffic to 192.168.1.100 )

If that also doesn't work, then the last be will be the firewall might be blocking it, try turning off your firewall for few seconds, see if you can get there... either way turn it back on again there after, but if you can get there while it was off, let me know and I will help you on making sure the firewall doesn't block it. :)

You might also want to check to ensure the port value is the same for the server (as displayed on the web, under "Port" in ScreenshotD.jpg) vs. what is in your server config file:
C:\Users\<user>\Documents\My 3D Apps\<appname>\Distribution\ServerFiles\Blades\DefaultServer.xml

Look at the bottom for <IpPort>#####</IpPort> where #### is the IP Port assigned. That value should be the same as the value on the web. If not, update the value in the XML file.

Occasionally, the port value can get incremented to where there is a mismatch between what is expected (web) and what is configured (DefaultServer.xml).

What do you mean by "Nothing works"?

Are all your scripts and stuff gone/not working?
What about your objects?

You might need to either:

A) Create a new distribution.
B) Restore the server from a backup, then create a new distribution.

Sorry about that. I'm not really sure what could have caused all your
scripts to just vanish. Do they show up in the script editor as
running?

I've never run into this problem before, so it's unfortunate but you
may just have to reattach all your scripts.
