ප්‍රථම ශතකය

86. දුෂ්ඨයාට කාරණයක් නැත, ධර්මයක් නැත, යහපත් වචනයක් නැත. කාරණා කාරණා කීමෙන් හෝ ධර්මය දැක්වීමෙන් හෝ හොඳින් කථා කිරීමෙන් හෝ ඔහුගෙන් ගැලවිය නොහැකිය. යහපත ඔහුට රුචි නැත. ඔහු කෙරෙහි පරාක්‍රමයම යෙදිය යුතුය. (පිටුව 46).

මෙම බුද්ධ නීතිය ජන කොට්ඨාශයක් වශයෙන් අදට හොඳින්ම වලංගු වන්නේ කවරෙක් වෙනුවෙන්ද?

1. මුස්ලිම් ජාතිකයන් 82.14%  

 

2. දමිළ ජාතිකයන් 17.86%

82.  යමක් වැඩුනු කල්හී එයින් තමාගේ පිහිට නැසේ නම්, ඒ දෙයට වැඩෙන්නට ඉඩ දීම පණ්ඩිතයන් විසින් නොපසස්නා ලදි. නුවණැත්තේ එයින් වන විනාශය ගැන සැක කොට එය මුලදීම නැති කර දැමීමට උත්සාහ කරයි. (පිටුව 45).

කපටි හලාල් ඉස්ලාම්කරනය 9.17%  

 

රටට එරෙහි සියළු සුළු ආගමික, සුළු ජාතික ද්‍රෝහිකම් 9.17%  

 

දෙමළ දේශපාලකයන්ගේ ජාතිවාදී දේශපාලනය 8.72%
