Krishnamurthi was an aged devotee who lived an orthodox life. His sons lived abroad. His wife had died not very long ago. How could he carry on alone here? The sons invited the father affectionately and wanted him to live with them.

“I cannot make up my mind. I shall do as Periyava says.”

 

Periyava’s eyes moved all over the place and finally rested upon Krishnamurthy.

“You need not go abroad. Cook your own food at home…”
