Today's post - A doubt in the Gita

Here is the post for today:

 

A very renowned scholar from Kasi came to Sri Matha. He was wearing atoda,an impressive heavy gold wrist-band that reputed scholars are gifted with, a traditional jewel of gold-encashed rudraksa beads around his neck and had a costly shawl draped above his dhoti – all of which spoke of his fame as a learned man and silenced those who beheld him.

 

These had been awarded in various conferences and scholarly meetings in honour of his learning. He prostrated to Periyava and getting up, moved closer. In what seemed to be a challenging voice, he said, “I have a doubt in the Bhagavad Gita…”
