Today's post - A doubt on timings of Madhyahnikam

Here is the post for today - an interesting question and answer session on performing Maadhyahnikam and the issues around timings for the same:
 
In this modern world, it is very hard to do madyanikam if a person is leaving his home in the morning @ 7.30 a.m. For sure I am doing morning and evening sandhyavandanam. But madyanikam according to dharma sastras, we can do around 9.00 a.m. allowed. But in my situation since I am leaving very early to work @ 7.30 a.m., what to do?
