Here is the post for today - an interesting experience involving Periva, which depicts how much He valued Agnihotra:
 
About 50 years ago, bhiksa was to be offered to Periyava by a land-lord at Semmangudi, in Nannilam Taluk. Quite unexpectedly, Periyava set out by foot from the neighbouring village much before the scheduled time and reaching the house of Agnihotram Nageswara Dikshitar, sat on the pyol outside.

"Is this not Agnihotram Nageswara Dikshitar's residence? Where is he?"
