When Dave was "found naked" by paramedics in an alley after being "mugged", Jimmy became worried that his son had been sexually assaulted, but Dave assured him that he wasn't raped, claiming that the medics thew his clothes away "because of the blood", much to Jimmy's relief.
James notices over the past few weeks that his son is acting rather odd, like coming home with injuries on his face, and suspects him of sneaking out to partake in drug use. Later, he finds out the truth, his son is actually Kick-Ass. This revelation is hard on James, as he was frightened of the injuries his son would endure during his patrols. In retaliation to his father's concern, Dave moves out and stays at his friend Marty's house, stating it was like James who is never at home and no one would even notice him if he was gone.
After the Mother duck er and his gang killed several police officers, the police track Kick-Ass's IP address and goes to the Lizewski house. Seeing the police rush to his door, James defends his son by claiming he is the superhero to protect his identity, providing proof with the costume on his couch.
Dave confronts his father in jail, opting to reveal his identity to the police to free his father. But James refuses, as his attorney had informed him that Kick-Ass has not actually done any actual crimes and would be free probably the next day. He then tells his son to promise to never dress up as Kick-Ass ever again, to which Dave agrees. However, his relation to Dave as his father is revealed to the Motherfucker who has him brutally beaten and killed in his cell and sends a picture of his bloodied body to Dave, who is horrified and devastated.
Jeremy was born in Kenosha Wisconsin where he was always cracking jokes at a young age. In school he was quickly labeled as a class clown but also still loved by his teachers. As Jeremy got older he began working in customer service and always had fun with his coworkers and jokes and pranks were always involved. In 2008, Jeremy, now living in Winona, Minnesota got married to Brittany Stinson. In 2010, Jeremy started to work with his father at Sauk City Specialty Products, which is now known at Kickass Snacks. His job primarily involved meeting up with current customers and providing product knowledge to the distributors. With his gift to gab, the job with his dad seemed to just come natural and the company began to grow rather quickly.
In 2011 Jeremy and Brittany had their first child, Anthony. In 2014, Dominic was born. During a family trip to Mexico in 2017, Jeremy was in the pool playing with his kids and looked around to notice that the younger adults were not in the pool but around it with their phone in their hand. He then knew that he needed to be a part of the social media realm and made it his goal for the next few years to grow that part of the business and to find that recognition. Once he went home, he began posting on a few different platforms very regularly to which he began to hear from people in the hunting and fishing realm as well as professional sports including Nascar.
The presence of Kickass Snacks was starting to grow on the internet which was beginning to help with online sales. 2017, Brittany and Jeremy had Brielle their final child. Jeremyy purchased Kickass Snacks from his father in 2018 and really started to push social media marketing even more. Jeremy also started to see if he had the knack for comedy skits and started to do a couple videos and posting on Facebook. It wasn't until 2019 where Jeremy was introduced to TikTok and his social media career took off. During a fishing trip with some friends that have a presence on Youtube, they were recording for their pages and had just jumped on Tiktok themselves. A video was posted on Tik Tok catching some catfish and it went viral. Jeremy was told that he needed to try out Tik Tok with how he loved to fish and tell jokes.
On September 11th, Jeremy posted his first ice fishing video and it went viral. After a few weeks of posting fishing and some jokes here and there, he took a trip to Talladega to watch his buddy win the truck races. On the way down, the guys were bored so Jeremy started telling "Littel Johnny" jokes and posted them on Tik Tok. They were an instant hit and went viral. The videos kept climbing and so did Jeremy's following. His Tiktok grew to over 100,000 followers within the next week. Posting jokes and fishing videos were what Jeremy primarily posted along with some motivational videos. In January of 2020, Jeremy decided to make another page on Tik Tok where he would recreate the jokes from his current page. This page also grew very quickly and now He had 2 pages to post on sometimes up to 9 times a day. Once Covid hit hard in the spring of 2020, Kickass Snacks was hit hard as well losing close to 80% of the wholesale business. Jeremy had now reached 1 million followers and took to Tik Tok for the first time to discuss Kickass Snacks. His following on the platform rallied together and helped save the business with over 2500 orders in the course of 10 days.
Throughout the Summer and early fall months things were starting to slow down and he wasn't sure if he wanted to continue making videos but then something happened. Jeremy started to get messages and comments that his videos were changing people's lives. The laughter that they brought was helping them with their depression and days that nothing seemed to go right. It wasn't until Jeremy received on direct message on Instagram that he knew he had a real purpose to be on Tik Tok.
He was sent a message from someone stating that they were going to watch 5 videos that day and at the end of that, he was going to end his life. Jeremy's video was the last video that he saw and it made him laugh so hard that he knew his life was worth living. He will continue to do this with his family until people start to lose interest.
Since the start of Tik Tok, Jeremy has since got involve in a multitude of other platforms where you can see all of his material. When asked where he sees himself in five years, he says he's just taking it one day at a time and riding the wave. Dave Lizewski is a simple ordinary New York City high school student. His mother dies of a brain aneurysm and Dave serves as an anchor to reality for his loving, single widowed father. Dave takes an interest in comic books, which give him the idea to become a real-life superhero. He purchases a suit and mask, which he wears under his normal clothing, and he begins his own personal training before attempting to fight crime. His first attempt fails, with disastrous results as Dave is hospitalized following being stabbed and being hit by a car. Dave lies to his father, claiming he was mugged. He undergoes intense physical rehabilitation, including four operations. He is released weeks later, with metal plates all over his body and with his nerve endings having delayed reactions to pain, making him almost immune to conventional beatings. In spite of considering giving up crime-fighting, he soon returns to the streets. Kick-Ass rescues a man from a beating and fights off the thugs. An onlooker records the incident and uploads it on YouTube, turning Lizewski into an overnight sensation, given the name Kick-Ass.
Kick-Ass becomes an inspiration for hundreds of people, most of whom are content to simply make web pages and costumes, but some of whom actually go out and effectively fight crime. Kick-Ass encounters two other crime-fighting heroes who call themselves Hit-Girl and Big Daddy, whose level of professionalism intimidates Kick-Ass and also serves to remind him just how serious crime-fighting can be. He retires from crime-fighting for a little while until he becomes aware of another hero, who calls himself Red Mist, who has become a sensation, even stealing all the credit for being the first-ever superhero. Kick-Ass subsequently leaves retirement, initially to challenge Red Mist, but instead, they team up. As they drive off they come across a burning building. Kick-Ass overhears a woman saying that her "baby" is still inside. Kick-Ass bravely enters the building with Red-Mist to rescue the baby, only to find out it is a cat called "Baby"; they rescue it and return it to its owner.
Red Mist, however, turns out to be the son of mob boss John Genovese which leads to Big Daddy's death and the torture of Kick-Ass at the hands of various gangsters. Before long, Kick-Ass is rescued by Hit-Girl and the two get their revenge on John Genovese, together bringing down his entire organization. Kick-Ass shoots John Genovese's genitals off with a gun through a pure fluke, giving Hit-Girl an open opportunity to kill John Genovese with a cleaver. After the loss of Mindy's father, Dave drops her off at her mother's house. Dave returns home to find his father having sex with his teacher (whose boyfriend Hit-Girl had killed) on the couch.
Hit-Girl subsequently takes on Kick-Ass as her crime-fighting partner, training him and using him to hunt criminals together with her. She also gets him to teach her how to be a normal kid, and get along with other girls somewhat older than herself.[1]
Dave returns to training and fighting crime in New York City and is now being trained by Hit-Girl. Kick-Ass joins a new superhero team calling themselves Justice Forever, which includes his friends Marty and Todd, and his new crime-fighting ally, "Doctor Gravity". Led by the repentant born-again Christian "Colonel Stars", the group launches a campaign against the local crime families of the city. He now works frequently on gang-busting with his new-found team, as well as his long-time friend Marty as "Battle Guy", sharing inside crime-fighting jokes with him during his school life. He and the team break into a bar and apprehend a gang. Dave goes home to see that his dad has found his Kick-Ass costume and isn't happy about it. They argue about him being a hero, which leads Dave to storm out of the house.
