Test of 0.2.8-RC1

I've tested the new Kanbanik release that contains some cool new features and unfortunately some ugly bugs too. What I really liked is the synchronization between two browsers, works good. I also like the new filtering but it is sometimes not working properly and also the usability could be improved.

This is what I've found:

• When I created a new board or project they were not displayed on the main board. I had to uncheck them in filter and check them again.
• When I tried to edit task for the second time I got This item has been modified by a different user. Please refresh your browser to get the current data.
• When I used Kanbanik on the same browser with 2 different user accounts, the filter was shared between them. (Changes in filter from user A were reflected in filter of User B after login/logout)
  
• When user logs in and logs out and logs in again, boards and projects in filter are duplicated

And some usability suggestions

• It would be nice if there is a warning message displayed in case something is hidden due to the filter.
• There could be an option to turn the filtering "on" and "off" (to quickly jump between filtered and unfiltered view)
  
• Filter section layout - it is not scaled to my screen and i have to scroll
• For multiple choices filters (like user, board) Select all and Select none buttons would be useful. Or maybe only add new checkbox All and in case it is selected, select and disable all other checkboxes
• The order of filters: Class of service seems to me less important then Board and Project
• Textual filter - I would prefer name Contains text
• Textual filter - the checkox and its label Regex are on different lines, it is confusing
  
• The condition that one textual filter has to be selected does not make sense to me. For me it would be more understandable if by default no checkbox was selected and the text field was disabled.
  
• Due date filer - when the date is missing the following error message is displayed: Incorrectly filled conditions. I think Please fill the date is more friendly
• Due date filter - there is no way to show only tasks that have not set any due date (there is no difference between do not filter and date is not filled)
  
  

Well, hopefully it is not too much and the Kanbanik release will be soon.

Thank you for the comments! I have implemented/fixed all of them - now there is the RC-2 available which contains all the points from below implemented/fixed.

Thanks for the fixes, the filter looks very good now. I have four remarks for this version. 

• I'd renamed the Filters Active checkbox to simple Filtering
• It would be nice if the state of filter (expanded/collapsed) could be stored so that it is not collapsed every time I click on another tab
• Calculation of hidden entities does not work properly - sometimes I even have -1 entity hidden :-)
• When I do not write any text in Contains text text field it searches for "Empty" but this is not obvious. Watermark with warning or explanation would be useful.
