First Time User / Creating a Workflow

Hi,

I'd like to create my first workflow (First I try to create the user-guide example : Large Project Approach). but I'm stuck !
I created a Boards named PTF, but i'm unable to create any workflow / item inside. How can I create the normal item and then the Ready, doing and Done ones ?
Please find attached a screenshot of where I'm stuck.

A video tutorial would be nice.

ah, I have just realized that I have answered but only privately and not publicly - pasting the answer also here:

Just drag and drop the horizontal / vertical items from the "palette" on the bottom part to the top part. The "Drop" pictures shows where can you drop the item. Drag the item by it's header (e.g. the place where the "horizontal/vertical item" is written.

hm, yeah, I know I should make some video tutorials but I keep postponing it :(
