Since the day I got my mouse (Zelotes T80 gaming mouse) both the right button and the middle button are linked. By that I mean that when I click on the right mouse button, it acts like I also clicked on the middle mouse button, and vice versa.
There no longer seems to be Basic/Advanced Settings. It no longer seems possible to bind a key to a mouse button. Macros no longer appear functional. And there seems to be no way to save any changes made.
The exact same device is sold on Amazon under multiple e-tailer brand names, so I'm thinking it could be combined into a single listing. The one I own personally is the "Attoe" (it was the lowest price at that time), but if you examine the actual product, the real brand name on it is Zelotes. And, for example, in the photos of the "TRELC"-branded one, you can actually see the Zelotes logo on it. And the vendors that mention drivers say to get them from Zelotes.cn. Only Zelotes/ZLOT provides an actual product SKU; all the other sellers of it just have an ASIN (correction: MUXAN also provides one, in an image, and it's also C-18). I see from other listings for their products here that Zelotes is sometimes also branded as DLAND, but I have not found this mouse under that name so far.
