Support for kamon version 1.0

Given the way reporters are added to kamon has changed in version 1.0.0, how does one set up kamon-spm now?

Hello Ivan!

There is no Kamon.start(...) anymore, but there is Kamon.addReporter(....) or Kamon.loadReportersFromConfig(), the thing here is that the kamon-spm module should be upgraded to Kamon 1.0 first since the releases are not binary compatible. I created an issue [1] pon that repository for tracking that, try to subscribe there to be notified when the Sematext team upgrades the module :)
