To
Mr. Deepak Kamboj
Group Moderator

Respected Sir,

Being a member of Kamboj Group, I would like to
express my views on this topic.

Why there is need to ban the e-mails:

our group moderator asked us to whether or not to
ban the e-mails. but why there is needto ban some of
the e-mails?
here is a question "Only those mails that are good &
information related are to be allowed for circulation"
But first answer the following question:
1) Under what category(education, bussiness , science
etc.) this group is formed?
2)what stratgy we are deciding to limit the e-mails?
3)Is personal commenting on various e-mails is
allowed?

what are junk(stupid) mails:

These was a example of mail"dare to watch this"
or some jokes, photographs. some of the members
started writing as
"these kind of stupid(junk) mails should not be
allowed because we want to share ideas & information".
nothing was wrong or vulgar with that e-mail . a girl
was standing on the right side of the boy. simple!!
there was no need to make personal comment unless it
is asked. instead of writng "this was very stupid &
junk e-mail".one may write "Friends, what we posting
to the group is not upto the mark. we should think &
emphasize on posting quality e-mails".

what strategy need to be followed?

we are the members of group which is related to
Kamboj Community. it is not a educational, bussines or
science group.
here are the following things which need
consideration:-
1) Each individual member has its own thinking,
interests
2)person interest changes with age, gender ,
qualification & level of understanding.
3) We can't judge the individual thinking. if one may
like something which other person don't like.

Ideas can be generated from simple things:

ideas are not always generated from informative
material. these may come from funny pictures, some
other material.
we interact with each other using Internet where any
information is availble at the click of mouse button.
If one is interested in particular topic (whatever it
may be). he/ she can visit the respective website &
can collect the information.
there is no question to restrict the individual one to
post the specific e-mail.

Stay positive:

our thinking is derived from what we think when we
read some e-mail. positivity is also one factor:
1) if you don't like the particular recieved e-mail.
simply delete it without reading(as soon as you come
to know that it is junk e-mail) . no one is forcing
you to read the mail(BESt solution).
2)don't miss the idea even if you don't like the
source.

Is it right to ban some e-mails?

there will be a restriction on the mails if we
think to ban some e-mails. Also we are more than 30
group members & each individual has its own suggestion
to limit the e-mails. there will not be a free flow of
ideas.

last but not the least i would like to thanks Mr.
Deepak Kamboj who has provided a good chance to
express our ideas.
Whatever will be his decision,i will be happy with
that & will make all the possible efforts to follow
the respective decision.

i request all the members of this group that we should
pay attention to the quality mails not to limit some
e-mails.

Regards
Poonam Kamboj

Dear Members,

I think we should put a line in the subject like "Pictures", "Joke", "Informative", "Historical" to distinguish the mails.

It is genuine that every person is unique and view things in their own way. I will try from my side that emails that suits the taste of every member will be forwarded to the members.

I also appeal to all members to use Tags in the subject to distinguish the emails so that if any body does not want pictures or jokes can delete the emails by viewing the subject and so.

I would like to appreciate all of you for giving your ideas and thoughts for all these type of issues. This will help us all to know each other and can discuss the various problems in our day-to-day lifes.

Very soon I am going to launch a discussion forum for the same purpose where we can discuss our topics.

Thanks again for you suggestions.

Regards,
Deepak Kamboj
