kallisto v0.42.3 and sleuth v0.27.2 released

We released kallisto v0.42.3 today:

The major advances here are an updated estimation of the effective length that mostly effects short transcripts:

And sleuth v0.27.2 was released late yesterday:

Lots of visual upgrades in sleuth_live() and also bugfixes reported over the past week. In particular, with the latest kallisto it now reports mapping rates in summary(so)
