A sleuth for RNA-Seq

Hello all,

I just wanted to let you know that we've released our first beta version of sleuth, our transcript differential expression analysis. Lior has written a blog post highlighting some of the key features:

One thing that I'm particularly excited about are the interactive plots.

We have lots of ideas moving forward and plan to expand the statistics as well as exploratory functionality. Finally, we expect to release a pre-print on the methods in the coming weeks.
