SmartSeq2 require 3 files

Hi,

I have try to run the following commands

kallisto bus -i transcripts_V_0_50_1.idx -o BT1 -x SmartSeq2 BT1_out BT_1_CKDL240019494-1A_HHCCCDSXC_L2_1.fq.gz BT_1_CKDL240019494-1A_HHCCCDSXC_L2_2.fq.gz

But the following error showing

[bus] Note: Strand option was not specified; setting it to --unstranded for specified technology
Error: Number of files (2) does not match number of input files required by technology SMARTSEQ2 (3)

I am using kallisto 0.50.1

How do we resolve this problem?
