Cannot create log file without syntax error

Kallisto runs fine, but I need the log file for multiqc. I try "&>" but it gives a syntax error.

(rnaseq) C:\Users\SMA6GT\raw_data>kallisto quant -i mus_musculus.cdna.all.index -o test -t 6 Polr_2048_1_1.fq.gz Polr_2048_1_2.fq.gz &> test.log

The syntax of the command is incorrect.
