Hi All,

   As per the communication from Secretary OPC SW in last email, OPL T20- season2 will be inagurated on 10th december with closing date as 26th January 2012.

 

As per the match format, we will have 16teams and 4 groups. Each group will have 4 teams each.

 

As pe rthe pan registrion will be done at JPMC ground on 19th November 2011, 10 am with physical presence of all the organizers and captains of participating team.

 

Requesting all the team, please do present with your representatives on same day and help us finishing the formalities. All are requested to pay Rs 1000 registartion fee on the spot positively.

 

Plan on 19th Nov 2011:

 

1. Registration: Please pay Rs 1000 and submit the 16 members team list. Take the player declaration form from Manmath and fill the same within 7 days along with a photo attached and return within next week end positively. Without player declartion form, the same player will not be allowed to play for the tournamnet.

2. Fixture drawn process- There will be 16 slips, 4 from each group(-Group-1, Group-2, Group-3, Group-4), will be in closed box and asked each captain to pick one from them. Based on the group # written on the slip, the team will fall into that group.

3. Once he teams are placed in different group, we will prepare the fixture for league matches which were scheduled to be on December 10( 2 matches), December 11( 2 matches),December 17th(4 matches), December 18th(4 matches), January 7th (4 matches), January 8th ( 4 matches), January 14th( 4 matches). Requesting team to let us know well in advance to us, if any team has any specific issues playing on a specific date. We will try not to keep any match on that day for the requested team. This we are not promising but try on same. Once fixture will be prepared we will not be taking any request to change the match date for the same team. one more thing, we can not take request from the team to keep thereall matches based on their preference. Only 1 or two with exceptional non avoaidable cases can be considered.

January 22nd: Semifinal 1: Winner of Quater 1 Vs Winner of Quater 3

January 22nd: Semifainal 2: Winner of Quater 2 Vs Winner of Quater 4

January 26th: Final: Winner of semifinal 1 Vs Winner of semifinal 2
