Sphinx VI Source

I've been searching for the developers of the Sphinx VI application without much luck. Does anyone monitoring this forum know where I might find the source code or developers? I'm interested in integrating Sphinx (the library) into my application and was wondering how the developers implemented Sphinx VI.

Android Sphinx VI (voice input) has nothing in common with CMU sphinx
beyond the name which uses internal Google Voice Recognition.
