issue with kaldiio/matio.py

Hi,

when using  kaldiio/matio.py i got the next error

python3.7/site-packages/kaldiio/matio.py", line 304, in read_token
    char = char.decode()
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 0: unexpected end of data

That script is not part of Kaldi itself.  Perhaps you should ask the maintainer of whatever project you found it from?
