I ran an example script and got decoding results, but I'm not sure what last two columns mean.
When I looked at filt.sys files it seems the numbers are
| # sentence     # word | Correct    Substitution    Deletion    Insertion    Error    S.Err | NCE
but what does S.Err and NCE mean?

"sentence errors" and "normalized cross-entropy"

also, please understand that the scoring files are not produced by kaldi per-se -- those files are produced by NIST's sctk and these things are reasonably documented there.
