You clone package from github https://github.com/alphacep/ros-vosk then build with catkin_make. See here:

https://wiki.ros.org/catkin/Tutorials/using_a_workspace

you might see some issues in between, you can report issues on vosk-ros github in order to get help. Once it works pull requests are welcome!
