how to interpret PLDA model file

Hi, I would like to read the PLDA model into python, so I use ivector-copy-plda to convert the original model to readable text.

I check it and find it has three parts. The first part is a N-d vector (mine is 200-d), second part is a NxN matrix (mine is 200-by-200), the last one is still a N-d vector. Could any one tell me how to interpret them?

If you don't know what the transform or psi is, read Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis" by Sergey Ioffe.
