Warning: Tree has pdf-id with no stats

Hi 
When training triphones in building tree step i get the warning 
Training has pdf id (number) with no stats ; corresponding phone lists : (certain numbers) 

As i understand that means those phones are not in my data 

I went to those phone numbers in phones.txt and found they corresponds to 
(phone)_B
(phone)_E
(phone)_I

In my specific example i have a phone to phone lexicon for training 
Does that mean that my data will always correspond to the Stand alone phone only ?
If that's the case , can i ignore this error ?

Yes, you can ignore it, but if you have a phone to phone lexicon, it would be best to add "--position-dependent-phones false" to prepare_lang.sh.
