How to port models in raspberry pi 3 (or 4)

Various models like GMM-HMMs, LSTM, BLSTM for Dysarthric speakers were built using Kaldi. I wish to port the models in Rpi, with a small mic and display screen attached to it. 
If this is done, I wish to integrate it with a TTS.

Any suggestions on the flow to be followed.
