location of Triphone contexts IDs

To build a Triphone GMM-HMM, the following files were run with proper arguments - steps/align_si.sh, and steps/train_deltas.sh

In exp/tri_ali/log/ali.1.gz , I could see that for every utterance ID we have phonetic transcription IDs. It goes above 8000. So understandably, there are more than 8000 triphone contexts. 

Where do I find the file that defines (store) the triphone context mapping to an integer ID?
