You can delete the env.sh line, assuming you have F4DE installed and running 

Ad 2 -- you are either using obsolete kaldi installation or not using the latest recipes (s5d).
Sadly, using the up-to-date recipes won't help you too much. The reason is that the files from "IndusDB" have not been released by NIST/LDC. Without those files, you won't be able to compare your results to anything already published (they contain the keyword sets, the reference location info, and other scoring files). I have asked them several times already, so I'm getting pretty doubtful this will be ever resolved, but I'll ask them again.

     some file like  "train.LimitedLP.official.list,dev2hr.list,db-dev+eval-v7-utt.dat ,IARPA-babel105b-v0.4_conv-dev.stm,/IARPA-babel105b-v0.4_conv-dev.kwlist2.xml" and so on,
I don't konw how to process or create this files. The babel data seems to just have training dataset,like"xxx.sph" or "xxx.txt".

   Could u tell me ,how to process this problem ? thanks a lot

btw, we are not (or more precisely I'm not) able to provide a script that installs F4DE to tools/ because it needs a lot of perl files from cpan and that thing is not very easy to get working across different platform. In this case, installing it as instructed in readme here: https://github.com/usnistgov/F4DE/  is actually significantly easier
