Can anyone please let me know any of the source through which I can read about the architectures of mono, Tri1, Tri2, Tri3, Sgmm2 and NNET 2?

hi, those are monophones and triphone stages.

sgmm means subspace gmm (gaussian mixture models)

nnet2 are neural networks (hybrid models, not e2e)

that nomenclature is fairly standard, so googling for these concepts should give you a lot of info/tutorials.
