Looks like configure was not able to set up the matrix library path automatically. You can modify your kaldi.mk and replace [somewhere] with your actual path.

Or more likely the machine had no suitable matrix library installed, e.g. you need to install the package for atlas.

Dear Dan:
    Thanks for your reply.
When I ran install_atlas.sh in tools, the machine was forced to exit. But there are more files and directories in the folder of ALTAS.
I want to download a new package of atlas, but there is something wrong with server connection of kaldi.
What can I do to check the causes?
Thanks a lot.

Hi Guoguo:
       Thanks for your reply.
I just cannot find those library files in my system. What's the regular path of these files?
Thanks.

I think it would be better to use your system package manager (i.e. apt-get for example) to install the prepared ATLAS package.
We usually do not recommend compile atlas on your own, unless you really know why you need to do it.

Also, you should move to the github version of kaldi.  See kaldi-asr.org/doc for install instructions.

Thanks. The problem has been resolved after the root installed atlas lib in my machine. Thanks a lot for your suggestion.

Thanks,

This is system-dependent, e.g. if you have sudo access you would do
  sudo apt-get install atlas
on Debian/Ubuntu, or
  sudo yum install atlas
on Red Hat/CentOS.
You should probably look for an online tutorial on UNIX system administration, as this is stuff that everyone who is doing this type of stuff should know.
