phoneme extraction using Kaldi in Python(with timestamps)

Is there a Python code for Kaldi  that extracts Phonemes from a given audio sample and also gives the timestamps of each Phoneme? I want Phonemes with timestamps mainly.

No.  I sense from your question that you don't know the basics of how speech  recognition works.. read the first chapters of the HTK book.
