an error when decode chain model

Hi all,

  when i use a model have been trained successfully to decode some wavfile,an error happens.Here's the tips.

steps/nnet3/decode.sh --acwt 1.0 --post-decode-acwt 10.0 --nj 10 --cmd run.pl --mem 4G exp/chain/tdnn_1a_ni/graph data/test_hires exp/chain/tdnn_1a_ni/decode_
test
utils/lang/check_phones_compatible.sh: Error! Both of the two phones-symbol tables are absent.
Please check your command

What should i do ?

You could easily find out by looking at the script that complained.  It is expecting phones.txt files in those directories

exp/chain/tdnn_1a_ni/graph 

exp/chain/tdnn_1a_ni
probably you gave it a directory that does not exist.
