How Can I download trained librispeech model and test on my data ?

you can download models http://kaldi-asr.org/models.html

and download librispeech : http://kaldi-asr.org/downloads/build/10/trunk/egs/

I think librispeech is old instead you can use ASpIRE model: http://kaldi-asr.org/models/m1

you can follow http://kaldi-asr.org/doc/kaldi_for_dummies.html for beginning and read data preparation for preparing your data.

according to this tutorial hclg.fst is not present in librispeech downloaded model.

what should be done to use trained librispeech model

It looks to me like we haven't uploaded a Librispeech model, at least not anytime recently.
