Dear friends,

You're invited to attend our next Kalamazoo Interfaith Forum. Sunday October 11, 2015 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the Olmstead Room, Mandelle Hall, at Kalamazoo College.

Topic: How does each of us embody the KIF mission and vision?

The reason the topic above was chosen for this particular meeting is that it will be the first that we'll be holding on the campus of Kalamazoo College, as guests of the college's Chaplain, Rev. Elizabeth Candido. This is intended to serve as a sort of introduction to Kalamazoo Interfaith Forum.

For your convenience, here are our mission and vision:

KIF Mission:

To bring people of different faiths together for learning and mutual understanding by:

*Providing an equal and inclusive platform to discuss spiritual issues,

*Inducing positive attitudinal changes in the general public towards spirituality,

*Being a channel of communication and action that influences spiritual enhancement and peace.

KIF Vision:

To create a community that is conducive to spiritual enhancement and peace.

Attendees: If you are inclined, please submit presentation summaries as Word or text documents to our webmaster, Naeem: naeemco...@yahoo.com before or after this Sunday's meeting.

Sincerely,

Neil

Hi, Liz.

Until a few hours ago, it looked like I'd be able to attend, was really looking forward to it, but it looks like I'll need to stay at home today to help manage the newborn, the toddler and the grocery list: ) Hope to see you in November.

Sincerely,

Neil
