Dear friends,
You are invited to attend our next Kalamazoo Interfaith Forum on Sunday, September 13, 2015, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Kanley Chapel, on the campus of Western Michigan University. We'll be meeting in Room 190 (Social Room) within Kanley.
The topic will be meditation, prayer and related contemplative practices.
Each participant will briefly describe (within five to ten minutes) how meditation or prayer relates to the faith tradition he/she is associated with and describe what prayer, meditation or similar practices might look like in daily life as a practitioner/spiritual person. Then a group discussion will follow.

*In one of our planning meetings over the summer, we decided that we would like to start a new tradition of each participant composing a short summary (no more than one page) of her or his presentation for each forum. This would allow us to keep records of our presentations and also, for those who are unable to attend the forums, it would provide another way to participate. These summaries will be collected and posted on our new website: https://kalamazooinfterfaith.wordpress.com/
