Mukesh and Vivek, 

I know that the announcement email may go unnoticed by patrons but the participants will pay attention. People have been waiting for the results for over a week now. We said we'll announce in the first week of Dec and we are already late. I think we should release it and send out another email to all the participants again next week. 

If we are planning to send it to all the patrons, then we can send that email next week. That should not be a problem.
