1. How to update Kaizen
   Could you please share the step-by-step process for updating Kaizen to the latest version? If there are any prerequisites, downtime considerations, or approval requirements, kindly include those details as well.

2. Latest Version Details
   What is the current/latest version of Kaizen that we should be updating to?

   • Please include release notes or a link to the version details if available.

   • If there are multiple release tracks (stable/preview), please clarify.

3. BCP Feature Information
   I understand there is a BCP  feature available. Could you provide:

   • A brief overview of the BCP feature and its benefits

   • How it works within Kaizen

   • Whether it’s included in our current license or requires additional setup or licensing

If there are any documents, guides, or training resources related to these points, please share them as well.
