I am caught in a loop. When I open the Paramount Plus app on Roku the screen offers three buttons: Get Started; Sign out or Watch Free episodes. If I click Get Started, I am told I already have a subscription, Please Sign in. If I sign out and sign back in, same screen with the same options and none of the content will load. I have tried updating, resetting, and changing my password with no success. If I press * there are no options to remove the channel, in fact all of the options offered are dysfunctional loops to nowhere. Beyond frustrating. This is the same for all three of my home's Roku devices. The problem began yesterday.

@Riahdalt, create an account and subscribe at Once you've done that, use whatever email address and password you used to establish your Paramount+ account to sign in on the Paramount+ app. Don't try accessing Paramount+ on The Roku Channel. They're not the same thing.

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest contacting the Paramount Plus customer support team to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.

I am having the same exact issue. Paid for the year to get the discount. So when I attempt to cancel, it lets me know that I can continue to "enjoy" until the subscription is up next July 2024. Went back to Paramount Plus to see if anything changed only to find I get into the same loop over and over again.

We're sorry to hear about your login issue with Paramount Plus. Our billing team would be happy to assist you directly. You can reach them by phone or live chat here, and choose the option for "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions.

We understand your frustration, and we would like to know how we can assist, and make things better for you. Could you please tell us more information about the issue you're having? In addition, could you please confirm if you're having issues with the Paramount+ account and setup?

We have a prepaid subscription with Paramount Plus until the end of 2023. Until Friday, 8-11-23 everything worked perfectly. Then on Saturday when we opened the app on Roku, the screen had changed and rather than showing content the screen showed a"Subcribe" button, a box that said I was signed in and a " Watch for Free" button. All content was unavailable. When I click on Subscribe, I am taken to a screen that tell me I am already a subscriber, please sign in. When I return to the app it shows that I am signed in. When I sign out and then sign in again, I am in the same loop. I am being prompted to sign in when I am already signed in--on and on. The interface with Paramount Plus is not functioning. While it recognizes that I have an account and that I am signed in, I cannot navigate away from the Screen that is requesting that i subscribe.

When I press * there is no option offered to remove the channel. This is part of the dysfunctional loop I am trapped in. I have also restarted my Roku, restarted my modem and router, logged out and logged back in, and changed my password and logged in.

I get a pop up saying "Meta Quest" Wants to Use "meta.com" to Sign in. I click continue, but when I try to log in it using my email, it does nothing. The same Login screen pops up asking for my email and password. It just keeps going in a infinite loop.

Hi there, @ShadowKitVR. Thank you for sharing that update with us. We wanted to ask you if you have tried to clear the cache and cookies from your mobile phone to see if maybe that will allow you to log in that way. This appears to be an issue with your mobile device, as you mentioned that you were able to log in from your friend's device.

First off welcome to the VR family! We hope your stay is comfortable and very adventurous. Now lets get down to business to defeat the task at hand. We do want to let you know that this an ongoing issue that our engineers are working diligently on. However this doesn't mean we can provide some helpful insight in hope of getting rid of this little predicament! Would you kindly perform the following:

However, if you've tried the above and nothing came from those attempts, then let's have you submit a support ticket here: In case we need to dive a little further into the deep end, our support channel will have the necessary scuba gear (support tools) to get in there!

None of this work and metaquest.st/Support requires a facebook account, which I will not make. I will be returning my Quest 2 for a refund and will be getting a different VR headset. Thank you for your help.

Luckly i have my quest 2 already paired so i can use it, but I had trouble starting the app at first the first time and paring it with the phone... it was a nightmare, anyway it was finally done, all set, all good.

On the other hand, yesterday i did a factory reset on the phone, and now i have the same problem of this thread, meta logins dont work (in the phone app), after i put my login info it stays on a loop of nothing

My Quest 2 is working fine at least, but it makes me a little worried about meta logins working as sh*t.... what if I log out of my quest 2? it makes me think that I will come back to zero and have a bricked quest 2... T_T

I hope the creators of this system truly have proper shame for this abomination of a system you have created. This company is so mismanaged and utterly clueless that they created a system that prevents people from being able to use the device they paid money for with PCVR, all because Zuck wanted to force everyone to use the credentials of a dying social media platform, all while stealing any data he can get his hands on.

Anyway, if anyone knows how to get past this "continue in browser" nonsense that completely locks you from using the Oculus Quest 2 with a PC please let me know how you got around it. Otherwise I will be forced to get a refund on what has effectively become a useless brick of plastic to me.

I am having the same issue connecting via my phone. Nothing appears to be working and stuck on the login screen. I login and the same message to login pops up without error. I am not using facebook or instagram.

First message in this thread was from 9-4-2022. I too have the same problem, Almost 3 months now and still no solution. Can't login in meta browser on my headset which is logged in. Installed app via computer (google earth) and the meta app on the phone gives me a message that i an not connected to the internet, which i am.

Having trouble with a Facebook or Instagram account? The best place to go for help with those accounts is the Facebook Help Center or the Instagram Help Center. This community can't help with those accounts.

You will need extension version v2.1.5 or greater to get Netflix to work. This version is already available on Firefox and Chrome. This post discusses cookies, how they work, recent changes to their behavior, and finally, what you need to do to get Netflix to work on TwoSeven.

Unfortunately, the two cookies that were modified were ones that denote the login session. As a result of the change, they were no longer being sent as part of browser requests to netflix.com. This in turn led Netflix to believe that the user was not logged in.

How does this help tracking individuals?
Consider a scenario where you visit Amazon to do some shopping. You browse through a few items, and then you decide to check your Facebook. Unknown to you, Amazon made a request to an ad website which stored a cookie on your browser. Now, if Facebook also makes a request to the same ad website (almost certainly already taking place), then the ad website can now uniquely identify you using the cookie it stored earlier. As a result, you will potentially start seeing ads on Facebook that are highly relevant to your recent Amazon activity.

Initially, cookies with no SameSite attribute were being treated as SameSite=None, and thus continued to work in all cases. However, in February this year, Chrome also began treating cookies with no SameSite attribute as SameSite=Lax. All of this required the TwoSeven extension to come up with a strategy to deal with these changes to cookies.

TwoSeven has two ways of dealing with SameSite. First, through the extension settings, it allows users to configure the domains on which to work around SameSite restrictions. These workarounds only apply when the configured domains are embedded within twoseven.xyz. In other words, adding netflix.com to this list will make no difference until netflix.com is embedded within twoseven.xyz.

If all else fails, try toggling the Override cookies to SameSite=None switch. Note that this should be used as a last resort, as this essentially reverts your browser to a pre-SameSite era, where all of the cookies are accessible for cross-website tracking. There are also potential security implications from making this change, as your cookies may be exposed to malicious domains. Currently, there is no safe way to undo this change. You would need to clear your cookies for the website in question.

So, this is going to be a long explanation because I need to cover everything that's already been tried, to save people wasting their time commenting stuff for me to reply 'already tried, not worked'.

They said everything should be good to go and just to follow the on-screen instructions when opening Netflix on the TV. When I opened it my options were 'Sign in' or 'Join now'. If I click sign in, it takes me to a page to input my email address and password then when I hit next it comes up with a box that says 'Add Netflix to your Sky package' then the only option is to hit continue. After I've done that, it takes me to a page where it displays the following:
