Dear Student,

 

The Centre expresses its gratitude for your patience during the indefinite suspension of the third session of MCPS 4. The Academic Board, at its last meeting decided that the 3^rd session will resume on Monday, 24^th November to Friday, 12^th December 2014. Thus, two weeks of intensive lectures (electives) followed immediately by examinations.

 

Please see attached the revised timetable in this regard. Reading materials and other necessary information will be sent shortly.

I am very happy for the level of professional and altruistic  behaviour your Institution have portrayed in the light of this menace affecting our region and wish to thank you all for consideration. We pray that it goes away and we can start meaningful live in our respective countries. Nevertheless amidst the trying times we are well and doing everything to stay away from this terrible scourge.

Dear Phebe I wish to extend my gratitude to the board and staff of KAIPTC for the moral support accorded students from ebola affected Countries by suspending classes for all MCPS -4 students and by allowing us to write our second session examinations via the internet. I am of the conviction that by November there will be a considerate reduction in the spread of this deadly ebola virus. I wish to again applaud the government and people of the Republic of Ghana for showing true African solidarity to west Africa during this sad event of the out break of the deadly ebola virus which have claimed many lives.
