Dear All,

As a requirement for graduation you are to submit a dissertation of 15,000 – 20,000 words on your chosen topics. The official deadline for submission is Tuesday, 31^st March 2015 by 1400 hours at the KAIPTC Academic Registry.

Three spiral bound copies are to be presented, which should be dated and signed by you and your supervisor. Please note that any unsigned work will be returned. The Library has in stock samples of past dissertations, kindly refer to them. There will be no further extension of this deadline, individuals requesting for an extension should write an official letter addressed to the Dean. A penalty fee will be applied in this regard.

Clearance from the Finance Department and Library will be required before dissertation submission. Thus, all should settle any outstanding tuition and accommodation debts.

Do well to contact the Academic Registry when unsure of any details.
