We have signed offer back on the table. I managed to bring Ravi Gutta's client back on the table.

Original Offer 12/5/2020: $980,000 with 6% commission (3% Buyer broker + 3% Seller Broker)
Our Counter Offer 12/25/2020: $1,000,000 with 4% commission (2.5% Buyer broker + 1.5% Seller Broker)
After the counter offer, the buyer went dark due to travel.

This is the same counter offer that we offered in December.

Current Offer: $1,000,000 with 4% commission (2.5% Buyer broker + 1.5% Seller Broker)
30 days feasibility
Target Closing: March 31, 2021

Please review and let me know your feedback so we can respond to the buyer.
