I am referring to the By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation. 

 

1.  Please add a signature page to the Articles and have the 4 Initial Directors sign.

2.  Please add a signature page to the By-laws and have the 4 Initial Directors sign. 

3.  Please provide me with a listing of who is named officers of the company (ie:  President, Vice Pres, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.) as the by-laws outline.

4.  Please provide me (as Article VII ) states, who is designated by the board to sign on behalf of this loan transaction and what title they will hold.  (for example:   Vikas Kapila, Director  or   Vikas Kapila, President)  This should be in the form of meeting minutes or a formal memo where the directors sign off giving this person(s) the authority to transact this business.

And Bobbie, I already have a draft HUD completed 4/2.  We will get another draft from you next week to finalize all figures, as I don't think you have the Bank fees yet.
