- I have amazingly good news that I pushed the buyer from $1.1M to $1,224,000.
- I am not happy as they only put a day for us to review and respond. As we have to review all the details in the contract and respond them in less than
- I am super upset that Aekta stole my commission and put 3% for her and 1% for me. Since this was a dirty trick played at last moment, I am not ready to take anything less than buyer agent. I am fine splitting 2% and 2%. I was nice enough to put her buyer before any of my buyer see the property but I was not expecting this backstab. No emotion just business, not interested if it is the commission is not evenly split.
Please review and let me know when can we talk about this proposal and respond.
I am super upset and tired as not but still can take a call before 11pm as I have to wake up early to as leaving out of town early morning.
