BB&T must have proof of insurance for the property located at 12198 Kain Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059.  Please contact your insurance agent and have them send me a Certificate of Insurance showing the coverage and BB&T as 1^st Mortgagee. I have noted the Mortgage information below.
