Patients travel long distances to undergo surgery with Dr. Funt. We understand that visiting our office for an initial consultation might not always be possible. To address this, we provide the option of virtual consultations with Dr. Funt. To schedule your virtual consultation, we ask that you complete the information form below and include the necessary photographs. Dr. Funt personally reviews this information, and there is no charge for this initial screening process. Due to the high demand for this service, please allow up to 2 business days for the review process.

The virtual consultation process is easy. You will be asked to submit information about the procedures you are interested in and to describe your goals from surgery. You will also have the opportunity to submit photographs, which is a critical and necessary component to help you with your decision. After the doctor reviews the information and photographs you have submitted, you will be contacted by our office.
