Disappointments

I was very disappointed, when I happened to think our last meeting. Here are few points.

• Last time I checked, we are against including other Ashirvaath buildings like Sunrise, Lotus to be included with our association. How can this changed without asking the members of our association?
  
• Our builder himself, asked for Rs 300 per household during his arranged meeting. If we are going to let him organize for the first 3 months as a trail period, why do not give what he asked? Why people insisting on spending Rs 450, even builder claimed that he will find persons who work for on his given budget and also people among us against Rs 450?
  
• I took the verdict of "equal share" on maintenance after vote. But why "give to builder" is selected even though one more vote was against the action.
• If it happens to add Sunrise and Lotus to our association, which requires extra workforce as they are luxury apartments, how you are going to justify, equal maintenance share from 487sq.ft. to 1200sq.ft.?
• I lived here just two Neighbors (DG1, BG2) for first two months without any facilities. Why are you rushing things now, as we wasted all the available time? We still have time available. Why you are letting the learning opportunity go?

P.S. I have already decided to give what the association asks me and keep mum, as long as it is feasible to me. I know I have my rights to come out of the association, if required.
