Sorry for wasting your time in the name of survey and giving false hope.

Hi all,

    Attn: Reports attached.

    I, Hari Prakash, and my wife, swear on Bhavat gita and on our son, Jishnu Vasudev, that we never influenced anybody on the survey we executed.

    During the last association meeting on 9th Jun with only few attendees, office bearers lost interest and wanted to close the association and payback the remaining of the maintenance fees collect.

    I, that time thought the benefits of being in the association, suggested an alternative strategy to take members opinion and bring them back to meeting. That also included the revision of maintenance fees based on the requirements, preferred by most of the members.

    Our office bearers, on the meeting agreed to this strategy, under one condition. They would not physically do anything on this survey. If other members do it and give the results to them, they will implement this. I trusted them, instead of involving other members, my wife and I, took the burden of visiting every household in our apartment, explaining them about this survey and collecting back.

    Even though, we wanted nobody's help, there are few members kindly helped us to get going. Thanks to them.

    The format of the survey is suggested by myself and Joint-secretary and finalized by President himself.

    Unlike the agreement given openly on the meeting for the survey, president started discouraging this approach and even called this method is private and he would not approve it. But I said I do not need to any private survey, and if I am doing this for association, then I need I president's approval. Finally he agreed and send you mail regarding survey (Sub: AN IMPASSIONATE APPEAL, dt: Jun 12). On 13th June, President himself, given us 60 copies of the survey to make.

    There are few expectations from the output of the survey. If members choose less than 3 works for common maintenance, association would not do. Works preferred by most of the members would be selected and other members should obey for it, because of the unity of the association.

    Then the survey went on. Members voted with via survey form, online form, email and even through phone.

    During a birthday party on 19 Jun, president asked me, how is the survey going. I gave a raw answer of "Going good, people contributed, an amount if getting majority". This conversation happened at 8pm, but unexpectedly at that same night (10pm), president asked to stop the survey. I do not know why, but hand over the survey to him, within few minutes. The reason for this stoppage is given to me as I influenced some people to select what I like. My wife and I never did that. That is a baseless accusation and If you suspect that I influenced anybody, you may have a trial. You man see that my combination is unique among us.

    I think it is president, who is trying implement his own agenda. His latest answer to this survey, is, "He will consider it after pending 16 members voice". When I asked about how many of them, he collected after I given to him, his answer is "Its going on". My question is "President and office bearers are not select on the votes of all members". So they are trying to make an habit getting 450 from all. Its our money and our voice, they chose to ignore.

    So I take the responsibility of wasting your time and giving false hopes. Kindly forgive me.

    Anyway here is the reports of your voice and your money, office bearers chose to overlook. I have not included a report of who selected what on the basis of privacy, but if everybody asks, I can give that too.

    P.S. As a free man, I do want to belong to this association. They proved that they are not democracy, not presidency, not even military. They are tyranny. I can survive on my own.
